  • 4410 Apartments - Murray, UT

    We rebuilt the architectural and structural models for this multi-family apartment building creating a digital twin from scratch, which revealed critical discrepancies between overall plans, unit layouts, enlarged views, and typical details. This process generated over two dozen RFIs. To clarify our findings, we shared the models through Speckle, allowing the project team to visualize the issues and resolve them early in coordination.

  • Layton ADU after Landslide - Layton, UT

    Following a landslide, we modeled a proposed ADU and modeled the topography after the landslide from drone scans and LiDAR. We integrated site and city requirements and delivered a full site plan and 3D model via Speckle for client review and approval.

  • Adobe House - Santa Clara, UT

    We developed a clean architectural Revit model of this modern custom home in Santa Clara, UT with renderings and VR walkthroughs to support early design decisions. Our QA/QC process uncovered drawing discrepancies, clarified field expectations, and led to adjustments in joist spacing for mini-splits. We also flagged missing roof slope details, ensuring proper drainage and reducing on-site confusion.

  • House Remodel & Custom Expansion - Park City, UT

    We reviewed and refined the client’s Revit model, adding studs, fireplaces, and storage supports to ensure code compliance and buildability. The model helped coordinate garage floor levels, rooflines, and specialty equipment to meet city requirements and client needs.
