Our electrical coordination journey began by creating as-built electrical drawings for Envision Engineering. Using only field photos, we rebuilt existing conditions in Revit, then shared our models using an online 3D viewer to maintain clarity and alignment with the engineering team.

This project required full conduit modeling and annotation across power, lighting, low voltage, and fire protection systems. We dimensioned each run to its corresponding fixture or equipment, producing precise, field-ready electrical drawings that made installation smooth and error-free.

We provided electrical BIM modeling and shop drawings for a modular project, coordinating all conduit runs across power, low voltage, and fire alarm systems. Our annotated drawings detailed conduit size, elevation, system, and location for both field crews and factory installation.

In just nine weeks, our team delivered complete BIM coordination for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. For comparison, the client told us a previous BIM vendor had taken sixteen weeks to provide similar deliverables—showcasing our ability to deliver faster without sacrificing quality.

This project required every conduit to be embedded in concrete with no exposed runs. We worked closely with all MEPFS trades to develop plans showing detailed rough-in locations for outlets, lighting, cameras, and more. Many elements’ locations were not clearly defined in the original drawings, but we resolved them through our modeling and BIM coordination process.
