Our team managed coordination of ductwork, mechanical rooms, and equipment, ensuring clearances were met and clashes resolved across all trades.

    We modeled and coordinated all HVAC systems, including ductwork, ventilation, and mechanical chases for this modular project. Factory and field install drawings were created with duct annotations, insulation specs, and system tagging.

  • Antelope Island Visitors Center Expansion - Great Salt Lake, UT

    This project required detailed duct coordination with exposed beams and glulam elements. We adjusted duct sizes and elevations for ceiling conflicts, verified RTU curb locations, and created rooftop layout drawings to aid install teams.
