We modeled a digital twin of this podium-style multifamily development including the structural and concrete systems. Our team identified over two dozen RFIs through model-based QA/QC checks, uncovering conflicts between architectural and structural drawings, slab edges, and truss layouts.

We produced detailed concrete lift drawings for the Antelope Island Visitors Center expansion, including sleeves, embedded conduit, and box-outs for MEP systems. Our team verified wall locations between the architectural and structural drawings and identified discrepancies that needed clarification before layout. Elevations, section cuts, and system callouts helped ensure each concrete pour proceeded without surprises.
